  • Can I have several photos on each page of the calendar?

You can supply up to four pictures per page. Our graphic design professionals will crop and insert your images into our templates and then provide an online proof to make sure you are happy.

Please note when you select a multiple image design that only one caption will be carried on the image section of each page.

  • How should I supply my photographs?

Ideally you will be able to supply your photographs in a digital format. The golden rule is the bigger the image file size the better the print quality.

We accept images as either Tiff, Jpeg, Psd or Raw file formats (Please do not send Microsoft Word or bmp files.)

Your digital images need to be:

    • Ideally in a landscape format (portrait images maybe cropped)
    • Saved with a file name that corresponds with the appropriate month
Please note that images downloaded from website's are rarely of sufficiently high quality for print.

All uploaded images are checked for compatibility by our graphic design professionals and you will be supplied with an online proof for checking prior to production.

  • Can I supply hard copy photographs for you to scan?

We are able to scan your hard copy photographs for an extra charge of £4 (+ VAT) per image. Your originals will be returned with delivery of your printed calendars.

If you are supplying images that you have scanned yourself on a desk top scanner make sure you are supplying them at least 300dpi.

We suggest saving the file as a .jpg at the highest quality, this will compress the file for easier transmission to us.

  • Do you supply proofs?

After your calendars have been designed we will create an online proof and notify you by email that the proof is ready to view.

If you prefer we can post you a hard copy printed proof (not bound) at an extra cost of £15 (+ VAT).

Corrections which are our fault will be amended free of charge.

    Author’s corrections/changes will be charged at £20 (+VAT).

If any amendments are made, a new online proof will always be submitted for approval before we proceed with printing.

  • Can I supply my own file for printing?

Yes we accept fully artworked files supplied in the following formats:
    • Quark Express
    • Adobe In Design
    • Hi-Res PDF's
    • Microsoft Publisher
We will supply you with a hard copy proof at no extra charge prior to production.

The published prices on the website also apply if you are supplying print ready artwork.

  • How long will my order take to print?

We require 3 workings days to design your calendar (subject to supplied digital images being compatible). You will receive email notification when a proof is ready for you to check.

Standard lead time on all calendar orders is 10 working days from proof approval.
  • How will my calendars be delivered?

Delivery to any UK Mainland address is free of charge by overnight courier and will arrive between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm. A signature will be required for all deliveries.

  • What is dpi and why is it important?

The dpi or ‘dots per inch’ of your image is a measure of the quality of your image at final output size. All images supplied should be at least 150dpi and ideally 300dpi at approx A5 size (210 x 149mm).

The larger the image prints, the lower the dpi will drop. For example, if you supply an image which has 150dpi but is only 1 inch square in size then this is likely to result in poor quality. If such an image is then enlarged to fit the calendar template, the dpi will drop even further.
