What stocks do you offer?
All of our Greetings Card stocks are FSC®certified (licence no. C009453).
Silk stock is a super smooth coated stock with a slight surface sheen.
One sided board is a specialist greetings card stock which is gloss coated on the outside and uncoated on the inside, so it can be easily written on.
Fully recycled stocks are also available upon request

What type of files can I upload?
Ideally PDF documents. Please read our artwork set-up guides which cover everything you need to know to get the best quality from our presses.
Do you print in house?
Yes we are family run business established in central Bristol for 40 years. We run your work at our production facility on litho, digital and large format machines. We’re friendly too - come in for a chat - we’d love to show you around!
How quickly do you print?
Production times are working days from proof approval & payment receipt. They are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. If your proof is approved & payment is received by 12.00pm, that day is counted as the first working day.
My job is a different size and I would like extra finishing options, can you still help?
Absolutely, the majority of the work we print is bespoke. We have chosen a few basic print specifications for our online products, but we love the unusual! Please send us an enquiry and we’ll send back a speedy quote.
Can you send me some samples of your printing?
Yes, please email us and let us know which products you are interested in and we’ll pop some samples in the post for you.
Are you environmentally friendly & do you use eco-friendly paper?
We are a fully FSC certified print company and we hold the internationally recognised environmental quality standard ISO 14001 (2015) and ISO 9001 (2015). All of the papers that we use are FSC certified and we offer a fully recycled paper option for every product. If this is required just let us know and we will provide you with a quote.
How is my order packaged?
Orders are securely packed with Whitehall branded labels. If you would rather we use plain packaging please mention this in the ‘notes’ section when placing your order.
